Terry S. Dall, Esq.
Senior Litigation Counsel
Mr. Dall is Senior litigation support counsel for the Judge law Firm. Mr. Dall has experience with complex trials, arbitrations, and mediations in both State and Federal courts. He has been involved in all aspects of pre-trial and trial litigation in state and federal court. His duties have included: analyzing contracts and documents for litigation purposes; interviewing clients and witnesses; preparing pleadings and conducting discovery, including significant deposition experience; preparing and arguing pre-trial and trial motions; participating in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and state appellate court arguments and negotiating settlement agreements. He also practices personal injury law and provides corporate and legal advice to non-association clients. He recently joined the firm following a brief retirement from 32 years of practice after losing his wife of 45 years to brain cancer.
Mr. Dall earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in 1981. Mr. Dall and his wife moved to southern California in 1982 after which he worked in the banking industry for California Federal until early 1987. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Western State University School of Law in December 1989.
Mr. Dall has been a member of the California Bar since 1990. He was admitted to practice law before all California Courts including the United States District Court in the Central and Southern Districts of California.
